NH Madrid Ribera del Manzanares

The hotel was lovely! Great location along the river, a 20 minute walk to La Latina, which we frequented every day. It was great having a pool during the hot days. Staff were very friendly. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner, but we had the buffet breakfast one day, which had a good spread (and soya milk). All toiletries were provided including hand and body lotion, which is a great addition. We had the superior room, but I couldn’t believe the size of the bed! Also very comfortable! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Madrid. We’ll be back.

One person in the restaurant was rude , not very friendly. I asked about a cup of coffee. The breakfast was not included with my stay. I assumed a cup of coffee would given to me free. It was. The women was agrevatefed, I asked for coffee. I did not feel welcomed by her, was extremely uncomfortable. I will not stay here again because of this.

Nice and spacious room, very confortable, with a big bed. Nice restaurant with good food and good prices - we really enjoyed the new year s eve dinner there. A Carrefour shop is very close and other restaurants nearby.

The facilities at the hotel are great. Outdoor and indoor pool, gym and added bonus it's on a river and park with lots of safe walking, cycling, running options. Bed was large and comfortable, bathroom was clean and all amenities supplied. Lovely fresh fluffy towels too. Location is a bit out of main tourist area but there are buses outside hotel which make the city easily accessible. Breakfast was good with many food options.

Overall everything is fine. Very good hotel, real 4 stars, very clean and comfy and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast, worth the money. Location right next to the river, great for walks and runs but requires bus to get to the center (no metro). That's the only minus point, otherwise great hotel
